Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Grassd Services Pvt Ltd. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
• You must possess a valid driver’s license that has been held for a minimum of one year.
• Non-Indian residents must provide a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their original driver’s license.

3. Booking and Payment

• Rates are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of fuel costs, tolls, parking charges, and any fines incurred during the rental period.

4. Vehicle Pickup and Return

• Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the designated locations agreed upon during booking.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented, barring normal wear and tear.
• Late returns will incur additional charges as per our late fee policy.

5. Rental Period

• The minimum rental period is 6 hours.
• Extensions of the rental period must be communicated and approved before the original return time. Unapproved extensions will result in late fees.

6. Usage of Vehicle

• The vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all traffic laws.
• Smoking, transporting hazardous materials, and carrying more passengers than the vehicle's capacity are strictly prohibited.
• The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, or off-road driving.

7. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
• If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, refueling charges will apply.
